About the Author

Patricia Cartin Fernandez was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica. She began her own thriving business teaching baking and cooking from her home.  Because she is passionate about culinary arts, she is dedicated to learning new recipes and techniques—and she can regularly be found taking courses in addition to teaching them.
