About the Author
Doris Goldgewicht has been passionate about cooking and baking since she was a small child. She began her culinary studies at the National Training Institute (INA) in Costa Rica, and has studied abroad, in the United States at the Cochran Program of the United States Embassy, as well as in Vermont and New Orleans and at programs in Argentina and Bolivia. Goldgewicht graduated as Chef Instructor–Advisor, certified by the World Association of Cook’s Societies (WACS) and the National Association of Chefs of Costa Rica (ANCH), where for two years she held a seat on the board.
